Hospital Policies

Scheduled appointments are required. All grooming services are by scheduled appointment only.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, AllPet.com (vet medical card), Scratchpay (short-term loan), and CareCredit (any health needs, pet or human).

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Please fill out our New Patient Form prior to your appointment.

To make anesthesia or sedation as safe as possible for your pet, they must not have food after 12 am. This means making sure that all food and chew toys are withheld during this time. It is not necessary to withhold water.

It is also a good idea to withhold food before lab exams. Please take up all food by 12 am, as most of the tests that we run require a fasting sample.
